Volunteers Needed
The Bookman needs two volunteers to work one to two mornings each week from 8:30 to 11:30 at our warehouse in the City Heights area of San Diego. Other than satisfaction, the rewards also include a free lunch at a local restaurant.
The work involves managing and sorting books for our shelves and does not require any heavy lifting. We need people who love books and who can make a long term commitment. The Bookman is located on the second floor of an unheated warehouse and the photos below give an idea of the working environment.
